Michael Stanton, CFA
Manager, Business Development


Michael Stanton is responsible for leading Arrowstreet's sales and marketing effort.

Prior to joining Arrowstreet, Michael was a Managing Director on the Consultant Relations Team at Babson Capital Management from 2000 to 2006. His responsibilities included managing and servicing investment consultant relationships, new business development, and strategic marketing.

From 1994 to 2000, Michael worked as a Consultant Relations Associate at Putnam Investments. In this position, his responsibilities included marketing to investment consultants, database and RFP content and broad product development. Michael also spent time at Putnam in Defined Contribution Plan Administration, where he managed an investor services group and served as a registered representative working with retail mutual fund clients.

Michael received his BA in Government from Colby College in 1992. Michael is a CFA charterholder.




   
Brian Brostek
Associate, Business Development

Brian provides support for Arrowstreet Capital's sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Arrowstreet Capital in April 2003, Brian worked as an Investment Analyst for Callan Associates in San Francisco.  His responsibilities included collecting and verifying data from investment managers for searches and projects, as well as supporting the firm's investment consultants throughout the search process.

Brian started his career in asset management in 2000, when he worked as a Consultant Relations Associate for Independence Investment, LLC.  While there, he prepared RFP's, completed consultant databases, and conducted competitive analysis.

Brian received his BS in Marketing from Bentley College in 1997.
